Suprematism Brooches 3-pack

A pack of 3 brooches representing the Black Square, the Black Circle and the Black Cross, the main elementary geometric shapes designed by Kazimir Malevich.

The brooch has a secure safety pin on its back, to be able to tie it in pieces of cloth.

One of the instigators and biggest exponents of the Suprematism movement - an artistic avantgarde current born in Russia and dating from the 1910s - 1920s, thus during Soviet times) -, Kazimir Malevich travelled back to the roots of creation in his compositions, barely including squares, circles, lines and geometric figures of various sides which led many future currents to dive again into the keystones of construction.
