Refund policy
We want you to love our items as much as we do. If unfortunately you change your mind after having received your product, you can ship your order back to us within 15 days of delivery - undamaged and in its original packaging - and we'll issue you a full refund of your order.
As soon as we receive the product, we will send you a confirmation message via email. Within five working days, we will refund you the amount you paid for your purchase. This refund includes the full value of your order, but doesn't include the return shipping cost, which is at customer's expense.
A returned product will only be refunded if it is received undamaged, complete with all associated components, and -as far as reasonably possible- in the original state and packaging. Products returned in an unacceptable state will not be fully refunded.
Please note: if you received your purchase damaged during shipping or mistaken for another product, please contact us. We will solve the problem as efficiently as possible. A photography of the parcel is needed if any part of the product is damaged.
