1 Shipping Methods

2 Prices and payment
Payment can be made with Visa or MasterCard, or using a PayPal account. You can also pay via bank transfer. We will start to process the order once payment is received. All prices indicated on this website include VAT but not the shipping costs (if applicable) which are calculated automatically and added to the cost of the order at checkout, depending on the item and on delivery location. If applicable, customs duties and other local import taxes for shipments outside the EU are under buyer responsibility. For any queries you can contact us sending an email to info@beamalevich.com .. All prices are subject to change but price modifications will not affect orders already confirmed by Beamalevich, either personally or through the website. We issue a sales receipt for every sale. Should you need an invoice for your files or for tax purposes please let us know by sending us an email indicating your VAT or Tax identification number and full invoicing data and we will issue an invoice for you.

All products are sold brand new.
4 Product Availability
We work with many small manufacturers and workshops and we have a regular stock of product to satisfy demand. In case any of our products sell out we will inform you immediately so that you can decide whether you want to replace or cancel your order.

6 Wholesale, B2B, and Custom orders
If you have a shop or are interested in custom items or larger quantities please contact us. We work with individuals and corporate clients on custom orders. And please contact us directly if you’d like to work on a project together: we’d love to hear about that!
7 Privacy
We respect our customers and respects their privacy.
When you order, we need to know your name, email, shipping address, telephone number, credit card number, credit card billing address (if applies), and credit card expiration date, or your PayPal email address. This allows us to process and fulfill your order and to notify you of your order status. By shopping with us, you agree that we may use your information for our own marketing purposes.
Our website is hosted by Arsys.es and we refer to their online security policy. Credit card transactions are handled by Paypal and Stripe or Google Pay and we refer to their online security policy as well. This includes their policy for credit card and other personal identifying information only to verify credit card numbers and process transactions.
Your credit card information will be transferred securely via 128-bit encryption, and will never be stored. We will never share, rent, or sell your email or personal information, but we might from time to time send you some information about our products and projects via an opt-in newsletter. In case you are not interested on the newsletter, you can opt out anytime to be removed from our friends list.

Beamalevich only takes full responsibility, subject to any purchase acquired through its website, for the selling price of its products. We are exonerated from any responsibility due to indirect damages derived from the use of the Internet, such as server breakdown, spyware intrusion, presence of computer virus, or any other factor beyond our control, in accordance with current Spanish and EU laws.

All images, pictures, illustrations, designs, and any other element conforming this website are exclusive property of Beamalevich, Xavier Vidal, or the corresponding brands. The use, copy, modification, publication, or distribution of this content is absolutely forbidden without previous express authorization by Beamalevich.
