We ship worldwide to all countries and territories.
Most orders are shipped 1 working day after purchase day.
You will receive an email confirmation and a tracking number for you to check location in real time, whenever our team has prepared your order and a shipping label has been created. You can check our Refund Policy clicking here.
Depending on the destination, different Shipping Rates will be automatically calculated at checkout.
In order to disclose approximate rates and services, upon territories:
Spain:
- Service: GLS / Correos e-commerce services
- Delivery: 1 to 2 working days
- Flat rate 5 € for Peninsula destinations // 10 € for Islas Baleares // 35 € for the Ceuta, Melilla, Islas Canarias (we need your DNI number too)
European Union:
- Service: Correos / UPS / DHL / SEUR but there can be alternatives
- Delivery: 1 to 4 working days
- Prices calculated at checkout upon weight, size, and destination
Rest of the world:
- Service: Correos / UPS / FedEx / Zeleris but there can be alternatives offered
- Delivery: 1 to 7 working days
- Prices calculated at checkout upon weight, size, and destination
- Duty costs can be expected as regulated by each countries’ authorities
- UK Deliveries: Please be patient as additional documentation might be randomly asked by customs
