Stendig Calendar 2027
Couldn't load pickup availability
Massimo Vignelli designed the Stendig calendar in 1966, and it has hung on walls ever since. It now sits in the permanent collection of MoMA, New York.
At 122 × 92 cm, it is closer to a graphic poster than a desk calendar. Large Helvetica numerals fill each sheet, and two-digit dates are kerned so tightly that the characters just touch. Months alternate between black and white, so the wall changes with every page you tear off.
Sheets are perforated at the top and come away cleanly at the end of each month. Old sheets work well as wrapping paper.
Set in Neue Haas Grotesk, the original Helvetica. Printed by offset litho on 90 gsm uncoated paper and bound with three metal eyelets, so it hangs from nails or from adhesive strips (sold separately).
